It is extremely rare to break this module because it is protected electronically. Your sign that the prop module needs replacing is an increase in vibration or sound from wear. For more information see our troubleshooting guide.
Includes the prop, drive gear and bushings all in one module- it’s like getting a lower unit rebuild. Prop has high aspect-ratio long-fiber glass-filled Nylon blades; 13″ diameter and 9 inch pitch. The module weighs 0.3 lb. Fits all EP Carry outboards.
Important note: The use of mineral or synthetic lubricants will inhibit the normal flow of water needed for proper operation. Let the water do the lubrication for the longest life.
