Whatever the condition or damage that may have occurred, this service brings your motor up to current functional standards and resets your 2 year warranty. This service usually takes a week plus shipping times so off-season is a great time to schedule a factory overhaul.
For motors that were purchased before 2023, service includes installation of an updated battery cord connector, charger adapter, motor connector and updates the latch to gen 2 functionality. For all motors, scratches and signs of use may still be present but functionally, it will be like a new motor, with a new propeller module, and updated firmware, functionally equivalent to a gen 2 motor with the exception of a replaceable tiller arm if not part of the original system.
If you are local and can drop off and pick up your motor, there are no shipping charges. Otherwise, ship your motor to our corporate address. When the conversion is complete, we will ship it back to you and let you know the shipping charges.
